Role & responsibilities

- Assist in implementation of Company Rules & Regulations of Compliance
- Assist in preparation & review of Compliance Policies and Procedure in supported entities in India
- Preparing and keeping records for periodic reporting on Compliance activity reports
- Co-ordinate with the Due Diligence vendor for completion of Third-Party Due Diligence and reviewing the documents shared by the vendor (in case of outsourcing assignments)
- Review of new and renewal Third Party Due Diligence documents received from business
- Recommend and maintain repository of Delegation of Authority (DOA) documents and addressing concerns and clarifications related to DOAs
- Maintain records for personal data protection and economic sanctions and export control regulations
- Prepare and maintain compliance related documents and registers (eg: Conflict of Interest, Gift register, etc.)
- Conduct training and awareness sessions for internal and external stakeholders and maintain records




- Creation of SAP access request in GRC10 system for users and timely archival of SAP ID of ex-employees in Compliance function
- Assist internal control as and when required
- To report Near Miss or anomaly per year / use of STOP Card
- Take part in delivering a safety moment (morning meetings) & sustainability moment**** (afternoon meetings) at the start of the meetings / Employee Gathering / Employee meet / Sales meet / Review meeting / Training session in the year 2023
- To align the affiliate management system to the ONE MAESTRO requirements including self-assessment

Support HSE team on World Day for Safety / World Setting Day and actively participate in the Safety+ program

Preferred candidate profile:

Commerce Graduate with minimum 1-3 years of experience in compliance or related fields of governance

Legal background or prior experience with Anti-corruption and anti-fraud frameworks is a plus
