- API testing for Posidex to validate customer data flow and system integrations
- Conduct data validation testing using databases (DB) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of customer and account data
- Design and execute test cases for customer onboarding processes including: Retail Customers Corporate Customers Minor Customers Dummy Customer ( Tatkal) NRE Customers
- Validate end-to-end customer onboarding workflows using Finacle
- Create and execute test cases for modification of customer data attributes for both Retail and Corporate customers
- Design and perform Profile Rule Testing based on defined business parameters and validation rules
- Create and execute test cases for Account Opening and Account Modification scenarios
- Identify, log, and track defects, and work closely with development and business teams for resolution
