Key Responsibilities

- Execute Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting works at project sites.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved GFC drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of MEP activities.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for smooth execution.

Site Coordination

- Coordinate with Interior Design, Civil, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire teams.
- Resolve site clashes between architectural and MEP services.
- Participate in site meetings and provide execution updates.
- Ensure proper sequencing of MEP activities with civil and interior works.

Drawing & Technical Review

- Review GFC drawings before execution.
- Verify HVAC layouts, electrical layouts, plumbing layouts, and fire protection drawings.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate with consultants for required revisions.
- Ensure all services are installed according to approved drawings.

BOQ & Material Coordination

- Review BOQs before execution.
- Verify material quantities at site.
- Coordinate with Procurement for timely material delivery.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.

Quality & Safety

- Ensure MEP works comply with project quality standards.




- Conduct regular quality inspections.
- Support testing and commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with all site safety regulations.

Site Documentation

- Maintain daily progress reports.
- Track work completion against project schedules.
- Assist in preparing snag lists and closure reports.
- Support preparation of as-built drawings and project handover documentation.

Required Skills

- Commercial interior MEP execution experience.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Ability to read and interpret GFC drawings.
- Experience in BOQ verification and quantity checking.
- Knowledge of MEP coordination during site execution.
- Understanding of testing and commissioning procedures.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Solid problem-solving and site management abilities.

- Commercial office fit-out project experience.
- BOQ review and quantity verification.
- Site coordination and execution planning.
- Vendor and contractor management.
- Quality inspection and snag management.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
