What youll do

- Supervise stranding operations during assigned shift
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
- Monitor machine performance and report issues
- Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns
- Maintain shift records and production logs

What were looking for
- BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Related Field
- 2-4 years of experience in Stranding / Wire & Cable Production
- Knowledge of stranding processes
- Ability to work in shifts
- Positive coordination and communication skills
