We are looking for a proactive HR qualified to manage end-to-end recruitment and support the complete HR lifecycle for our retail sales team. The role requires regular coordination to stores and close coordination with business leaders to drive hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail sales positions.
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates within defined timelines.
- Partner with Sales Heads on hiring, employee engagement, performance, and retention.
- Handle onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, and employee relations.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, HR MIS, and employee records
- End to end life-cycle of Sales teams
- SPOC for Sales teams

Desired Profile

- Graduate/MBA in HR.
- 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR.
- Experience in retail, jewellery, FMCG, telecom, or consumer-facing industries preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and recruitment skills.
- Willing to travel for store visits.
