We are looking for an Associate Manager Marketing & Communications with strong expertise in Customer Retention, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, and Personalization to drive customer engagement, optimize retention strategies, and enhance the overall customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and optimize customer retention strategies across CRM channels.
- Improve push notification performance through segmentation, experimentation, and customer journey optimization.
- Identify opportunities to leverage in office properties for CRM and customer engagement.
- Drive personalization initiatives using customer cohorts, propensity models, and behavioral insights.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable recommendations to improve engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Analytics, Product, Tech, and Category teams.
- Innovate customer communication formats, creatives, templates, and touchpoints.




- Ensure effective stakeholder management and balanced communication across business categories.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing retention marketing team while driving execution excellence.
- - Preferred Skills:

58 years of experience in Retention Marketing, CRM, or Lifecycle Marketing.
Experience in e-commerce, retail, fashion, D2C, or consumer internet businesses.
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in campaign performance tracking and customer segmentation.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
Experience managing cross-functional projects and leading teams.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for innovation, personalization, and customer engagement.
