The Role

As a Buyer II, you have to possess following job responsibilities:

Roles Responsibilities:
- Preperation of Request for Quotation / Enquiry
- Floating of RFQ / Enquiry to listed vendors
- Follow up for Bid Acknowledgment Offers from Vendors
- Discussion resolution of Commercial queries in consultation with Seniors
- Communication Coordination for resolution of Technical queries
- Preperation of Techno-commercial bid evaluation
- Prepertaion of Commercial bid evaluation / Recommendation for Award(RFA)
- Preperation of Purchase Order
- Discussion and resolution of change requirements in consultation with Seniors
- Preperation of Change Orders

Functional Experience
- Understanding of Purchase process SOPs
- Understanding on Commercial Terms Conditions
- Exposure in ERP systems
- Profiecient in MS Office

Industry Experience
- Hydrocarbon, Petrochemical, Chemical
- Pharmaceutical. FMCG, Food Bio, Mining
- Infrstructure, Buildings

Education




Bachelor of Engineering (BE) - Mech, Civil, Chemical, EI OR Diploma in Engineering - Mech, Civil, Chemical, EI or PG Diploma in Material Management or equivalent is an added advantage

Experience : 8- 12 yrs
