Position Title: Accounts & Finance Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee our accounts department. You will be responsible for leading daily financial operations, managing a team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving accurate financial reporting to support our strategic growth.
Key Technical Responsibilities

- Routing Accounting Operations: Oversee all daily accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), payroll accounting, and cash management.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements both standalone and consolidated as per I-GAAP & Ind AS.

- Finance Operation: Functional knowledge of Trade Finance (i.e. CC /OD, LC/ BG) and preparation of CMA Data, D.P management, Bank Reconciliation.

- Tax Compliance:



Functional knowledge of TDS payment & TDS return Form 138 (24Q), Form -140 (26Q), GST Return (GSTR-1 /3B), E-Way Bill, E-Invoice, GST Refunds and preparation of data for Form-26 (3CA/3CB/3CD), Coordination with Tax Consultants.

- ROC Compliance: Assist company CS in ROC compliance timely & accurate filing of form DPT-3, AOC-4, MGT-7, CHG-1, DIR-3, DIR-12etc.

- Audit Support: Ensuring timely closure of audit and coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelors degree in Accounts & Finance with, qualified degree (e.g., CA Inter /CMA Inter, ACCA, MBA Finance) is highly preferred.

- Experience: 9-12 years of progressive accounting & finance experience particularly in manufacturing domain, with at least 5 years in mid-level role.

- Skills: Expert proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software like Tally / SAP.

- Reporting Tools : Working knowledge of Power Bi / Tableau
