We are looking for an experienced Manager LRPC to lead long-range planning, production control, and capacity management functions.
What youll do
- Lead long-range planning and production control activities
- Develop capacity planning models
- Oversee production scheduling and material planning
- Ensure alignment between sales forecasts and production plans
- Drive improvements in planning accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams
- Monitor KPIs and prepare MIS reports for management
What were looking for
- 8-12 years of experience in Production Planning / LRPC
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and operations management
- Capacity planning and forecasting skills
- ERP systems knowledge (SAP / Oracle preferred)
- Strong analytical and decision-making ability
- Leadership and team management skills
