Lead and manage all finishing works for high-rise residential projects from handover stage to final possession. Ensure quality, timelines, and cost adherence while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution:

Oversee complete finishing activities including civil, MEP, painting, flooring, false ceiling, doors/windows, faade, and interior fit-outs

Quality Control: Implement QA/QC processes, conduct stage-wise inspections, ensure compliance with approved GFC drawings, specs, and brand SOPs

Team Management: Lead team of engineers, supervisors, foremen + manage contractors, vendors, and labour for finishing works

Planning & Coordination: Prepare finishing schedule, micro-planning, material planning. Coordinate with design, MEP, procurement, and client teams

Cost & Budget: Monitor finishing budgets, BOQ reconciliation, rate analysis, and minimize wastage/rework

Client Handling:



Address customer queries during finishing stage and manage modifications/customization requests

Key Skills Required: Robust knowledge of finishing materials, market rates, vendor base in Mumbai

Expertise in high-rise residential projects, luxury/premium segment preferred

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, ERP systems

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination

Eye for detail and premium finish quality standards

Qualifications:

Education: B.E./B.Tech Civil or Diploma Civil with relevant experience

Experience: 14+ years in real estate construction with min 7-8 years in finishing works

Projects Handled: Should have completed 3-4 projects of 20+ floors from finishing to handover stage
