What youll do
- Supervise furnace production operations
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
- Monitor process parameters and furnace performance
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams
- Maintain production records and shift reports
What were looking for
- B.E / B.Tech in Metallurgy / Mechanical or Related Field
- 3-6 years of experience in Furnace Operations
- Knowledge of furnace processes
- Ability to work in shifts
- Valuable coordination and team management skills
