Location: Remote / Work From Home
Experience Required: 2 - 4 Years in IT Recruitment
Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract
Working hours: 9 AM - 6 PM (Including 1 hour Break)
Working Days: Monday Saturday
Weekends: 2nd & 4th Saturdays are OFF
Compensation: Up to 35000 per month (Commensurate with experience & skills acquired)
Joining: Immediate Joiner

About the Role - We are looking for a highly specialized and driven Recruiter to focus on securing top talent for our Audit and Finance divisions. This is a critical hiring role that requires a professional with a proven track record of sourcing and engaging candidates, specifically those with experience recruiting for the Big 4 accounting firms.

Education: Graduate

Mandatory Focus: Proven success in Big 4/ Big 6 Sourcing.

Core Task:



Manage end-to-end recruitment, skills screening, and offer closure for Audit & Finance profiles

What you’ll do:
- End-to-end recruitment for Internal Audit, Statutory Audit and Finance.
- Headhunt top-tier talent and manage the full offer lifecycle.

- Exceptional direct sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
