Role Overview:

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving enterprise sales of V Protect’s Alarm Monitoring and Response Services. You will identify and engage potential customers, demonstrate the value proposition, and close sales while building solid customer relationships. This role requires a passionate, self-driven individual with strong communication, presentation & team handling skills who thrives on achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete ownership of the sales target, strategy and eventually generating revenue for the organization. In charge of developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Generate leads through field visits, references, events, and digital channels.
- Solid experience & exposure in people management, handled teams at all levels (Executive as well as leads and managers).
- Working with cross functional teams like Operations, Technology, Finance, HR etc.




- Create relationships with B2C & B2B partners, RWAs eventually turning them into alliances and influencers.
- To understand and effectively communicate the company’s value proposition, technology, processes and methodology.
- Required to conduct BTL (Below the Line) activities using the internal Sales consultants and lead generators.
- Team support for product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets of the team.
- Develop local partnerships and community outreach initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the management team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- PG / MBA preferred & willing to drive sales.
- 15-20 years of experience in managing sales teams working in fields, in B2C area. Well versed with the challenges of B2C selling.
- Have strong knowledge of P&L; management & team handling experience. Strong data management skills.
- Experience in consumer durables, fintech, telecom, or home security systems preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation & team handling skills.
- Strong drive for sales, achievement orientation, and ability to work independently & with team.
- A go-getter attitude with high energy and passion for customer engagement.
