Key Responsibilities
• Purchase Order (PO) Management: Creation, processing & timely release of POs
• Vendor Onboarding: Registration, documentation & compliance for new vendors
• Material Follow-ups:



Ensuring on-time deliveries and resolving supply delays
• Coordination: Liaising with internal teams Stores, Accounts, Operations & Planning to ensure smooth procurement flow
• SAP S/4HANA Operations: End-to-end procurement cycle handling within SAP system

Job Summary

The Quotation Executive is responsible for preparing accurate and timely quotations for SKF products based on customer inquiries. The role involves coordinating with the sales team, checking product availability and pricing, preparing commercial offers, and ensuring excellent customer service while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and send quotations for SKF bearings and related products.




- Review customer inquiries and identify the correct SKF bearing specifications.
- Verify product availability, pricing, lead time, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with the sales, procurement, and warehouse teams for accurate quotations.
- Follow up with customers regarding submitted quotations and order confirmations.
- Maintain quotation records and update pricing databases.
- Ensure quotations comply with company pricing policies and profit margins.
- Process customer purchase orders after quotation approval.
- Resolve customer queries related to pricing, product specifications, and delivery.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
