- Must have knowledge of State Minimum Wages & knowledge of state-wise minimum wages and related compliance requirements.
- Develop cost sheets, salary structures, and CTC calculations in line with the Code on Wages.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships through regular commercial support.
- Prepare facility management and security service quotations for PAN India sites.
- Interact with clients and participate in meetings to address commercial and operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, and other applicable labour laws.
- Process monthly payroll with accuracy and maintain employee salary records.
- Prepare arrear calculations and invoices arising from wage revisions.
- Monitor compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Analyze commercial and payroll data, identify discrepancies, and generate accurate MIS and analytical reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Must be a graduate
- 3-4 years of experience in payroll or similar roles.
- Problem-solving: Addressing discrepancies and issues efficiently.
- MS Excel skills (Basic Formulas- Understanding and using SUM, AVERAGE, MIN, MAX, and COUNT functions etc).
