Job Description

We are looking for a Red Hat OpenShift Resident Engineer (L1/L2) with hands-on experience in OpenShift/Kubernetes administration. The candidate will be responsible for managing OpenShift clusters, ensuring platform availability, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and supporting application deployments in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, administer, and maintain Red Hat OpenShift clusters.
- Perform cluster provisioning, upgrades, patching, scaling, and lifecycle management.
- Monitor cluster health, performance, and resource utilization.
- Manage worker nodes, containers, pods, namespaces, Stateful Sets, and Operators.
- Configure and manage OpenShift Data Foundation (ODF/Ceph Storage).
- Perform PV/PVC management, backup, restore, and disaster recovery activities.
- Implement RBAC, LDAP integration, IAM, and container registry management.
- Troubleshoot cluster, node, storage, networking, and application issues.
- Configure monitoring and logging using Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki Stack.




- Support CI/CD deployments and collaborate with application teams.
- Administer Linux servers and automate tasks using Ansible and Shell scripting.
- Support OpenShift Virtualization, including VM deployment, migration, and lifecycle management.
- Coordinate with Red Hat/OEM support for issue resolution and RCA.
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and operational reports.
