Role & responsibilities

- Project planning, scheduling and control inputs for estimating and tendering activities, ensuring relevant issues, actions and risks are addressed.
- Creating & managing all aspects of planning, scheduling and programming of work.
- Establish baseline schedules and control procedures and monitor progress.
- Proposing S Chart to support financial forecasting and enable timely corrective actions and managing it.
- Handling project risks & mitigation
- Resource reallocation
- CPM analysis.
- Framing the planning and control strategies of the projects, including the development of standards, procedures, dashboards
- MIS for monitoring the project with site planning team to ensure the progress V/s planned progress/targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Mandatory skills:

- Solid expertise in project scheduling and proven experience with planning tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Experience reviewing and ensuring the quality of junior planners work; excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Experience:

8-10 years

Education Required:

- Post Graduate in Construction Management
- B.E. /B.Tech in Civil Engineering
