Hiring: Team Leader Call Centre Operations (UAE Project)

We are looking for a energetic Team Leader with strong communication skills and experience in retail sales processes to lead a high-performing call centre team.

Location: Noida

Shift: Rotational

Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational off)

Calling Window: 11:30 AM to 2:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of CSRs for daily call centre operations
- Ensure achievement of KPIs, SLAs, and sales targets
- Handle customer queries, escalations, and floor support
- Analyze performance metrics and improve efficiency
- Conduct training, coaching, and performance reviews

Requirements:

- Graduate from a recognized university
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in BPO/ITES (1+ year as Team Leader)
- Experience in retail sales process is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
