We are looking for a agile Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in handling both IT and Non-IT hiring. The candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple domains and closing positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT & Non-IT roles
- Understand job requirements from hiring managers
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with technical panels and stakeholders
- Manage offer negotiation and closures
- Handle lateral hiring (IT & Non-IT)
- Maintain candidate pipeline, database, and recruitment MIS
- Ensure timely closures within defined TAT
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong knowledge of IT Roles.
- Experience in Non-IT hiring (Engineering & Finance, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills
