Role - Area Head - RMC Business

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for P&L; delivery of 56 RMC plants (20,00030,000 m/month region). Driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, cost optimization, operational efficiency, brand visibility, and ensuring SOP compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

- P&L; ownership for assigned area involving 5-6 RMC plants.

- Drive revenue growth, current customer acquisition, and market share expansion.

- Ensure plant operational efficiency, production planning, quality compliance, and dispatch discipline.

- Lead and mentor Plant Heads, Area Sales Manager, and coordinate with QA Head.

- Oversee cost control: raw materials, procurement coordination, PR/PO approvals, logistics optimization.

- Review performance KPIs: volume achievement, margins, credit control, plant utilization, customer NPS.

- Strengthen branding and promotional activities within the territory.

- Ensure statutory, safety, and compliance adherence across plants.
