Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and recruit qualified IT professionals for US-based clients.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and account managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure timely follow-ups.

Required Skills

- 1–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.




- Strong understanding of the US staffing and recruitment lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
