Customer Service representative is responsible for managing day-to-day customer support activities for Companys acting as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure accurate order execution, clear communication, and robust delivery performance. This mid-level role owns the end-to-end customer/order cycle in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), driving timely responses, issue resolution, and continuous improvement in service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manages customer orders from receipt through shipment in D365, including order entry, expedites, confirmations, cancellations and status updates.
- Customer Communication & Service : Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, responding to inquiries related to pricing, availability, lead time, delivery, and documentation.
- Partners with Sales/Account Managers, Planning, Production, Purchasing, Shipping/Logistics, and Quality to align supply and customer demand.
