Job Responsibilities

- Source and recruit IT professionals for the US market through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Work on W2, C2C, and Full-Time requirements from direct clients and implementation partners.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fitment.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
- Negotiate rates/salaries and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers/ATS regularly.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
- Ensure timely submissions and closures against assigned requirements.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of US IT Recruitment and technologies.




- Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
- Strong learning attitude and willingness to work in night shifts.
- Knowledge of tax terms like W2, C2C, 1099 is a plus.

Eligibility

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Prior experience in US Staffing/IT Recruitment will be preferred.
