1. Responsibilities and major missions.
2. Knowledge of stores management and Warehouse functions.
3. Material management.
4. Well versed with documentations.
5. Knowledge of FIFO, LIFO , Lot & Batch no. Tracking.
6. Knowledge of stores maintenance as per EMS & OHSAS standards.
7. Knowledge of Tally & ERP.
8. Inventory Management.
9. Prepare the invoice for the customers for the dispatch.
10. Handling the General item Stock Ledger manually.
11. Maintain Inward & Outward Register.
12. Handling the Material Loading & Unloading at the time of receive and dispatch.
13. Preparing Returnable Gate Pass and Non Returnable Gate Pas.
14. Preparing all store Related Reports.
15. Responsible for monthly inventory for the related customers and internal.
16.
Physical Stock Verification of Goods Monthly, Quarterly & annually.
17. 5S and KAIZEN.
18. Self-Motivated and Improvement.
19. Effective team working.
