Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures, PPE requirements, GMP standards, and hazard management systems.
- Perform and supervise laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products as per ASTM, ISO, JIS, EDANA, and customer standards.
- Maintain laboratory equipment through timely calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and accurate documentation of test results and COAs.
- Manage Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, document control, and revision management.
- Plan, coordinate, and support internal, supplier, customer, and external audits while ensuring timely closure of audit findings, CAPAs,



and customer complaints.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA), implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), monitor quality objectives, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Verify incoming, in-process, and finished product quality, authorize product release or hold materials when quality deviations are identified, and train employees on QMS and quality standards.
