About the Role

We are seeking dynamic, result-oriented, and self-motivated Sales Executives to drive business growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, networking, and digital channels.
- Identify and acquire potential customers across assigned territories.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular activity reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Sales Targets & Performance Expectations

- Each Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving a minimum monthly sales target of 5,00,000.
- The sales team will consist of 5 executives,



contributing to a collective monthly target of 25,00,000.
- Consistent achievement of at least 5060% of the assigned target will be considered the minimum acceptable performance benchmark.
- High performers exceeding targets will be eligible for attractive incentives and growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid customer-focused approach and ability to close deals.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
