Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Performance Marketer (Assistant Manager / Manager) to drive our revenue growth through a mix of performance marketing and conversion optimization. one should have hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns and using data to improve outcomes. You should be comfortable working across channels and funnels, running structured experiments, and identifying opportunities to improve acquisition and conversion metrics.

Preferred candidate profile

Develop and execute effective Facebook ad campaigns for our clients to drive website traffic and increase conversions.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance and make adjustments as needed to optimise results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ad campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and goals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Facebook advertising and implement current features and best practices as appropriate.
Create and manage ad budgets and ensure they are being used effectively.
Monitor and analyse industry trends and competitor activity to inform ad campaign strategies.
Create and present reports on campaign performance and ROl to internal stakeholders.
