Role & responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and profitability
- Generate new business and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to order closure
- Manage key accounts, drive customer satisfaction, and build long-term partnerships
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets
- Coordinate with rental agencies and channel partners for business opportunities
- Monitor sales operations, prepare MIS reports, and forecast sales performance
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure timely collections and achieve revenue targets within budget

Preferred candidate profile

- 5 to 10 years of experience in Industrial Equipment Sales at Regional Level
- Experience in Hoists, Scissor Lifts, Forklifts, Tower Crane and Industrial Utility Equipment preferred
- Solid communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively with Industrial / Process Industry clients




- Willingness to travel extensively
