Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accountant with 5–7 years of experience to manage accounting, taxation, and financial reporting for our contracting business. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in e-billing, GST compliance, balance sheet finalization, Tally, and advanced MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records.
- Prepare and process e-bills, invoices, and payment reconciliations.
- Handle GST compliance, including return filing, input tax credit reconciliation, and statutory records.
- Assist in the preparation and finalization of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and financial statements.
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with TDS, GST, and other taxation requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities during audits and assessments.




- Prepare MIS reports and financial analyses using MS Excel.
- Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally Prime.

Desired Candidate Profile

- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 5–7 years of accounting experience, preferably in a contracting, construction, or infrastructure company.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, e-Billing, Balance Sheet Finalization, and Taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
- Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet statutory deadlines.
