- Manage international air ticketing operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of bookings.
- Utilize Amadeus system to book, modify, and cancel flights according to customer requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving queries and issues related to flight schedules, fares, and itineraries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of travel arrangements for customers.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in international air ticketing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using Amadeus software for airline reservations and ticketing.
- Robust knowledge of international voice process procedures (US Voice Process) is an added advantage.
