We're looking for an HR Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. You'll get hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and supporting offer rollouts. This is a great chance to build a strong foundation in TA/recruitment within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

- Source candidates through Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/HR screening rounds.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate trackers/ATS with accurate status.
- Draft and post job descriptions across platforms.
- Support offer letter generation and pre-onboarding formalities.
- Assist in employer branding and campus/internship hiring initiatives.
- Help track recruitment metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, funnel conversion).

What We're Looking For





- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable using MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with ATS tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Genuine interest in building a career in HR/Talent Acquisition.
