Role & responsibilities

- Generate leads and convert inquiries into bookings for dog boarding, grooming, daycare, and other pet services.
- Handle walk-in customers, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries.
- Build relationships with pet parents, veterinarians, pet shops, breeders, RWAs, and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain customer records and follow up with existing clients for repeat business.
- Promote HYP services through local marketing activities, events, and partnerships.
- Assist in planning and executing sales and promotional campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.




- Candidates with experience in the pet industry will be given preference (pet boarding, grooming, pet retail, veterinary clinics, pet food brands, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using MS Office, CRM software, and WhatsApp Business.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about customer service.
- Love for animals is a strong advantage.
