Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Develop, implement, and manage Master Data Management (MDM) strategies and initiatives to ensure consistent and accurate data across the organization.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies, procedures, and standards to maintain data integrity and quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data quality standards, guidelines, and metrics, and implement data quality improvements.
- Design and implement data quality assessment and profiling processes, resolving data issues and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead efforts to identify,



analyse, and resolve data quality issues within various data sources and systems.
- Monitor and audit data quality, conducting regular quality checks and assessments to ensure adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data quality and governance initiatives with business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams in understanding and adhering to data governance and quality standards.
- Evaluate, select, and implement data quality tools and technologies to support data governance initiatives.

Skills Required
- 4 - 6 years of relevant data quality experience.
- Real Estate experience of at least 1 year.
- Proven background in data quality management and data stewardship.
- Professional level of Excel and good SQL (combination of these will be an advantage).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to details with a systematic and methodical approach to your work.
