Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Lead Python AI Engineer / Engineering Manager to lead our technology function from the ground up. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in Python, AI, system architecture, cloud technologies, and product engineering, along with proven experience in building and leading engineering teams.

This role requires a solid technical leader who can drive the complete product lifecyclefrom requirement gathering, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and infrastructure setup to successful launch and post-production support for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team of 10+ developers, QA engineers, and DevOps professionals.
- Drive the entire technology department from scratch and establish engineering processes, coding standards, documentation, and best practices.
- Own complete product delivery from concept to Website & Mobile App Live (Production) Phase.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems using Python.
- Lead architecture decisions for enterprise-grade applications.
- Develop secure, production-ready, and maintainable code while conducting code reviews and mentoring developers.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted software development tools while ensuring secure coding, testing, and code quality standards.
- Establish Agile, Sprint Planning, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, release management, and production monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with Product, UI/UX, Sales, and Business teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, application security, API integrations, databases, and deployment pipelines.




- Ensure application scalability, reliability, performance optimization, and disaster recovery planning.
- Identify technical risks and proactively resolve engineering challenges.
- Lead vendor evaluations, technology selection, and engineering strategy.
- Drive automation, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8–12+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Python and Object-Oriented Programming.
- Experience in designing scalable microservices and REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud and cloud-native application development.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks, LLM integrations, and AI-driven application development.
- Hands-on experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with system architecture, application security, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Leadership Requirements

The candidate must have successfully built and managed a technology team of at least 10 engineers and demonstrated the ability to:

- Build engineering teams from scratch.
- Hire, mentor, and manage developers across multiple technologies.
- Deliver complete software products from ideation to production.
- Successfully launch and maintain Web Applications and Mobile Applications in production.
- Establish engineering governance, coding standards, and development processes.
- Drive technical roadmap, sprint planning, and release management.
