Role: Junior Executive Nursing
Location: Dwarka, Delhi
What You ll Do:
- Assist healthcare professionals in the daily management of ICU patients.
- Monitor vital signs and report significant changes to the nursing staff
- Help with the admission and discharge process of patients in the ICU.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient documentation.
- Ensure that the ICU environment is clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with inventory management and reorder supplies as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to provide optimal patient care.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
What We Are Looking For:
- GNM/ B.Sc with 5-10 years in Supervisory role.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with medical professionals
- Commitment to providing excellent patient care and ensuring patient safety
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
