Agentic AI ENGINEER (Mistral LLM)

The opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior consultant to join our AI & Data Consulting team, focused on driving data-driven transformations. The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of AI strategy consulting, data & enterprise data assessments and hands-on collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and impactful solutions.

You will work closely with C-suite leaders, operating partners, and portfolio company executives to help them leverage Agentic AI, Mistral LLM ecosystem (including Studio, Vibe, and Forge), analytics, and data-driven platforms to unlock value, accelerate digital transformation, and create competitive advantage.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence:

- AI & Data Consulting for Private Equity
- Partner with Operating Partners and leadership teams to define and execute Agentic AI, GenAI, and analytics-driven strategies leveraging modern LLM ecosystems including Mistral AI.
- Develop and deploy AI implementation playbooks, frameworks, and accelerators incorporating Mistral models and agent-based architectures to drive tangible value creation.
- Assess technology cost optimization, data monetization, and digital transformation opportunities across portfolio companies.

- AIReady Data & Enterprise Data Assessments

- Assess whether data is clean, secure, wellstructured, and ready for AI i.e.: AI-readiness evaluation (quality, lineage, security, architecture)
- Review existing enterprise data to identify gaps and issues and evaluate the strength of data foundations across ERP and core systems
- Define clear, prioritized actions to fix gaps and enable Mistral-powered AI use cases
- Apply assessments during diligence, postmerger integration, and 100day plans

- AI & Digital Transformation

- Design Agentic driven initiatives, translating business and functional requirements into agent architectures, workflows, and capabilities using platforms such as Mistral Studio and Vibe.
- Build proprietary AI/ML accelerators leveraging Mistral LLMs (e.g., Mistral Large,



Codestral, Pixtral) to enhance business processes such as customer care, software development, predictive analytics, and operational automation.
- Develop and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrating enterprise data with Mistral models and enterprise AI platforms such as Mistral Forge.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, LLMs, process mining, and advanced analytics to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Familiarity with process mining tools like Celonis, Signavio, or PAFnow.
- Proficiency with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, semantic kernels, Autogen)
- Proficiency in Python and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Understanding of basic data structures and algorithms
- Working knowledge of: REST APIs, JSON,Async workflows

- Data & Analytics Strategy

- Design and implement data solutions leveraging cloud platforms, data engineering frameworks, and predictive analytics models integrated with LLM platforms such as Mistral AI to solve complex business challenges.
- Develop and Deploy data governance and quality frameworks, data marketplaces and analytics dashboards.
- Expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and governance across enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP), data visualization tools, and analytics solutions.
- Exposure to ERP transformations (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle) and portfolio tech integrations is a plus.

- Team Leadership & Collaboration

- Work with cross-functional teams across consulting, product development, and data engineering to refine requirements




- Foster collaboration between AI product teams, analytics experts, and sector specialists to deliver integrated, end-to-end AI solutions leveraging Mistral ecosystem capabilities.
- Drive knowledge sharing and capability-building within the team.
- Provide technical expertise during strategy execution, POCs, and architectural decisions

Skills and Attributes:

Educational Background:

- MBA / PGDM / masters degree in data science, AI, Analytics, or Business Management. Engineering or quantitative background preferred.

Skilled Experience:

- 5 to 10 years of experience in Agentic AI, digital transformation, and strategy consulting with strong exposure to Generative AI and LLM ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience or exposure to enterprise AI platforms such as Mistral AI (Studio, Vibe, Forge), OpenAI, or similar ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of Mistral AI ecosystem, including:
- Mistral LLMs (Large, Medium, Small, Codestral, Pixtral)
- Mistral Studio for AI application development and agent orchestration
- Mistral Vibe for autonomous AI agents, coding assistants, and workflow automation
- Mistral Forge for enterprise model training, fine-tuning, and domain adaptation

- Proven track record in AI-driven transformation programs, including Agentic AI, predictive analytics, and process mining.
- Experience in building and deploying accelerators, playbooks, or proprietary platforms for data-driven consulting.
- Understanding enterprise AI requirements such as data privacy, guardrails, governance, and secure deployments.

Preferred Certifications:
