Job Title: Endoscopy Nurse

Location: Fortis Escorts Heart Institute, Okhla, New Delhi

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare the Endoscopy Unit and ensure all equipment is ready before procedures.

- Assist gastroenterologists and physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures.

- Prepare and monitor patients before, during, and after endoscopy procedures.

- Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of endoscopy equipment as per infection control protocols.

- Responsible for ensuring accurate billing and charging of all endoscopy procedures, consumables, and related services in accordance with hospital policies and established protocols.

- Monitor patients for any complications and provide appropriate nursing care.

- Maintain accurate patient records and procedure documentation.





- Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth patient care and workflow.

- Follow hospital policies, NABH standards, and patient safety guidelines.

Eligibility

- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing.

- Valid State Nursing Council Registration.

- 13 years of experience in an Endoscopy Unit.

- Knowledge of endoscopic procedures, infection control practices, and patient monitoring.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.

- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

- Team-oriented with excellent attention to detail.
