Exp - 12+ years

- Drive annual & quarterly strategic planning aligned with business goals
- Translate leadership vision into actionable roadmaps and execution plans
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and ensure delivery of KPIs/OKRs
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking
- Identify growth opportunities, risks, and strategic gaps
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership
- Evaluate and execute strategic partnerships, alliances, and corporate development initiatives
- Perform feasibility analysis, due diligence, and prospect assessment
- Lead business transformation initiatives, including digital and AI-driven programs
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Ops teams for execution
- Prepare and present strategy decks, dashboards, and reports for CXOs / leadership
- Track performance metrics and provide regular updates on strategic initiatives
- Manage and mentor strategy team members and drive a high-performance culture
