Senior Salesforce & MCAE Administrator Global Delivery Centre (GDC)

Role Purpose:

The Senior Salesforce & MCAE Administrator will bridge sales, marketing, and business automation needs with technical execution within ERMs Salesforce Center of Excellence. This hybrid role supports both Salesforce administration and MCAE (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) activities, ensuring seamless endtoend processes across lead generation, lead management, and sales operations.

The role is responsible for translating user stories into scalable designs across Salesforce Sales Cloud and MCAE, engaging stakeholders to validate solutions, and delivering enhancements using declarative tools, MCAE configuration, and AppExchange package management. It also includes managing the MCAESalesforce connector, ensuring data quality, adhering to governance and privacy standards, and executing deployments using ERM’s CI/CD process.

By combining functional consulting with technical expertise, this position ensures highquality delivery, governance compliance, and continuous improvement across Sales Cloud, MCAE, and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Administrator:

- Analyse user stories and translate them into scalable Salesforce designs aligned with best practices.
- Engage with business stakeholders and Business Analysts to clarify requirements and validate solutions.
- Configure Salesforce using declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, layouts) and implement enhancements across Sales Cloud.
- Configure and manage AppExchange packages, ensuring proper integration and functionality.
- Execute deployments using Jira and GitHub in line with the CI/CD process, support sandbox management.
- Build and maintain reports,



dashboards, and automation flows to support business processes.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledgesharing within the team.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend new features.

MCAE Administrator

- Analyse marketing user stories and translate them into MCAE designs aligned with best practices.
- Configure MCAE components including Engagement Studio programs, automation rules, dynamic lists, and scoring/grading models.
- Manage MCAE–Salesforce connector settings and ensure proper synchronisation of leads, campaigns, and activities.
- Walk stakeholders through proposed marketing automation solutions and secure alignment before deployment.
- Build MCAE and Salesforcealigned reports and dashboards to track campaign performance, lead conversion, and ROI.
- Maintain campaign assets (forms, landing pages, templates) and ensure compliance with GDPR and emailmarketing best practices.
- Stay current on MCAE and Salesforce releases and recommend recent features to improve marketing efficiency.

Skills & Experience:

- 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce and MCAE (Pardot) administration experience.
- Strong expertise in marketing automation principles and lead lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and its integration with MCAE.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR) and email compliance best practices.
- Proficiency in building Engagement Studio programs, automation rules, and campaign assets.
- Proficiency in Salesforce reports, dashboards, and automation flows.
- MCAE Specialist and Salesforce Administrator certification required.
- Continuous improvement mindset; experience with agile delivery frameworks is a plus.
