Job Responsibilities
- Prepare the Operation Theatre before surgical procedures.
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and the OT team during surgeries.
- Ensure OT instruments and equipment are sterilized and available.
- Responsible for ensuring accurate billing and charging of all surgeries, including OT procedures, consumables, implants, and related services, in accordance with hospital policies and established protocols.
- Maintain infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Maintain OT records and documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team for smooth OT operations.
- Follow hospital policies, quality standards, and NABH guidelines.
Eligibility
- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing.
- Valid State Nursing Council Registration.
- 15 years of Operation Theatre (OT) experience.
- Knowledge of OT protocols, aseptic techniques, and infection control.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced OT environment.
- Strong clinical and patient care skills.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
