We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (SF-LMS) with 712 years of experience in implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions. The ideal candidate should possess solid technical expertise in SF-LMS, system integrations, learning administration processes, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, customize, and support SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS).
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Design and implement LMS solutions aligned with organizational learning strategies.
- Develop and maintain integrations between SF-LMS and other enterprise applications using APIs, OData, Integration Center, SAP CPI/BTP, and middleware tools.
- Perform LMS configuration including:




- Learning Items
- Curricula
- Programs
- Assignments
- User Management
- Learning History
- Instructor-Led Training (ILT)
- Online Content Management

- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide resolution.
- Support regression testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and technical teams for solution delivery.
- Ensure compliance with SAP SuccessFactors release updates and best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation, configuration documents, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
