Kherati Lall & Sons has been making handmade cut-glass chandeliers, brass lighting, mirrors, and decorative furniture for four decades. Our clients include UHNI collectors and some of the most senior interior designers in the country.

You will work across three areas: designing and refining products in our range, shaping the look and feel of our retail and showroom spaces (including facades), and engaging directly with clients to understand their vision and propose customised solutions.

What you'll do:

- Design current products and refine existing pieces across chandeliers, pendants, sconces, mirrors, and furniture
- Style and maintain showroom displays, retail spaces, and storefront facades across multiple locations
- Participate in design consultations with UHNI clients and senior interior designers, proposing customisation options on existing products
- Create product drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar), mood boards, and visual presentations




- Build an understanding of KLS's product vocabulary across materials, glass-cutting techniques, brass finishes, and five style categories

Who you are:

- Degree in interior design, product design, or architecture from a top-tier institution (NID, NIFT, Srishti, or international programmes such as Politecnico di Milano, Parsons, CSM, RISD)
- 0-3 years of experience; exceptional fresh graduates will be considered
- Genuine feel for luxury through personal interests or prior work
- Fluent, polished English
- Comfort with CAD tools and visual presentation software
- Must have own laptop capable of running design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)

You will report directly to the Director with client exposure from the start. Based at 80 Janpath, New Delhi and Sector 83, Noida.
