Job Title: MEP Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute and supervise MEP works including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and BMS systems.
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, interior, consultant, and contractor teams.
- Review drawings, monitor site progress, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Prepare progress reports and resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Review and verify MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and technical specifications before execution.





Monitor testing and commissioning activities, prepare completion documentation, and facilitate the successful handover of MEP works.

Skills & Technical Competencies:

- Sound knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and BMS systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Solid coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under project timelines while maintaining quality standards.

Experiences:

- 510 years of experience in hotel, hospitality, commercial, or high-rise building projects.
- Experience in hotel projects will be preferred
