We are looking for an analytical Import Pricing Executive to prepare competitive freight quotations and support the sales team with accurate pricing solutions. The role requires solid market awareness and coordination with shipping lines and overseas agents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate and competitive import pricing and quotations for customers
- Source and negotiate freight rates with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and overseas agents
- Analyze market trends and maintain updated rate sheets across trade lanes
- Coordinate with the sales team to align pricing with customer requirements and margins
- Ensure timely turnaround on rate requests to support quick customer response
- Maintain a database of vendor contracts, rates, and validity periods
- Monitor freight rate fluctuations and advise sales teams accordingly
- Support tender and contract pricing as required.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 36 years of experience in import pricing/freight forwarding

• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of shipping cost structures

• Proficiency in Excel and rate management tools
