We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to lead procurement operations for raw materials and packaging materials. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor development, contract negotiations, inventory planning, and supply chain management within the FMCG, cosmetics, personal care, or related manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Source, evaluate, and develop domestic and international vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and long-term supply agreements.
- Ensure procurement compliance, including COA, MSDS, specifications, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, R&D;, Planning, and Finance to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and supplier performance to avoid stock shortages.




- Handle import-export procurement documentation and coordinate with clearing agents.
- Prepare procurement MIS, spend analysis, supplier performance reports, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Lead the procurement team while ensuring adherence to company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory); MBA in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 9 years of procurement experience, including 5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in Personal Care, Cosmetics, Skin Care, Hair Care, Baby Care, Home Hygiene, Household Care, Aerosol Products, Pharma Personal Care, or Brewery industries.
- Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor development, procurement planning, contract management, and inventory control.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/Procurement software and Advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
