We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager with experience in Digital Marketing Sales, Advertising Agency Sales, Corporate Sales, and Client Acquisition. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating recent business, building long-term client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and client meetings.
- Identify and acquire clients for Digital Marketing, Branding, Advertising, Website Development, and Creative Services.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve business growth.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

- Develop strong relationships with business owners, marketing heads, and key decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized digital marketing solutions.
- Conduct presentations, negotiations, and close business deals.

Sales & Revenue Growth

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.




- Manage key client accounts and identify upselling opportunities.

Market Research

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Identify target industries and develop strategies for business expansion.
- Maintain CRM and prepare sales reports and forecasts.

Internal Collaboration

- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure timely project delivery and high client satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships to maximize client retention.
