We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Analyst with 59 years of hands-on experience in SAP ERP Sales and Distribution (SD). The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP SD solutions, supporting business processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective order-to-cash solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and provide SAP SD solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Configure and support SAP SD processes including:
- Sales Order Management
- Pricing & Billing
- Shipping & Delivery
- Credit Management
- Returns & Refunds
- Sales Contracts & Scheduling Agreements
- Participate in end-to-end implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
- Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to optimize Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
- Coordinate with ABAP developers for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
- Perform testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Support data migration, master data management, and system integrations.
- Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and user guides.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and business standards.
