Experience: 1+ Years (Including Articleship)
Location: Work From Home
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support for Income Tax, TDS, GST, and other tax compliance queries.
- Assist customers with tax return filing and software-related issues via phone and remote access.
Must-Have Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of Tax Return Filing experience.
- Robust knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxation (Income Tax, TDS, GST).
- Customer support and problem-solving skills.
