Position: Rejection & RTV Manager

Experience Required: 2+ years

Salary: 3.6-5.4 LPA

Location: Delhi

Timings: 10-6 PM

Working Days: 6

ROLE OVERVIEW & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Responsibility

Your primary responsibility will be to manage rejected material arising at the time of delivery, ensuring timely, protected, and documented return of material.

The assigned responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

A. Rejection Handling

- Take ownership of all rejection cases assigned to you.
- Ensure rejected material is either:
- Returned by the same vehicle to origin, or
- Safely stored at an approved location until pickup is arranged.

B. Vehicle Placement for RTV

- Arrange appropriate vehicles (Pickup, Tata Ace, or suitable truck) for rejected material movement.
- Negotiate, place, and track vehicles for RTV deliveries.
- Ensure vehicle placement is done within defined timelines to avoid aging.

C. Coordination & Follow-ups





- Coordinate closely with the RTV team to ensure:
- Timely follow-up for return documents / return papers.
- Correct documentation required for movement of rejected material.
- Regular follow-ups with vendors, warehouses, brokers, and transporters.

D. Delivery & Closure

- Ensure rejected material is delivered back successfully to the designated warehouse/origin.
- Ensure POD is collected, submitted, and approved by Accounts.
- A task will be considered closed only after POD approval by the Accounts team.

E. Timeline Adherence

- Ensure all rejected material is delivered back within 21 days.
- Under no circumstances should any RTV case exceed 30 days without management escalation.

F Key Performance Expectations (KPIs)

- RTV deliveries closed within 21 days (Target).
- Zero RTV case exceeding 30 days without approval.
- Timely vehicle placement and minimal cost escalation.
- Accurate documentation and POD closures.
- Effective coordination with RTV, Accounts, and Operations teams.
