Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for strategic financial Planning, Budgeting, Risk Assessment & Mitigation and Management Information System
- Financial Analysis and timely reporting
- Safeguarding Company's Assets
- Overall cost management
- Annual Business Plan/MIS
- Financial and corporate governance/compliance
- Functioning as a business partner to CEO and other functional heads
- Cash flow management and Treasury/Banking
- Financial discipline daily work management
- True and Fair Financial Statements timely book closing, preparation and reporting (Reconciliation, Analysis and reporting)
- Investor relations
- Statutory Compliance and reporting
- Audits (Statutory/Internal/Management)

Preferred candidate profile

Must be a CA qualified with 3 -6 yrs in Hospitality, Manufacturing or any Service Industry

Ability to drive financial discipline across the organization with perseverance, calm & composed behavior, Detailed orientation

Embraces Positive Governance, Commitment

Passion to drive business performance

Good relationship with stake-holders (inter-personnel skills) with Stake-holders perseverance, calm composure, Performance orientation
